Miss Bonner is a graduate of Ferrum College, with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She grew up in Campbell County, VA and graduated from Brookville High School. This will be her third year teaching at LRES. She believes her students should be involved as much as the teacher. In her classroom students will participate in small groups learning, building STEM projects, and being actively engaged during her lessons. She enjoys creating bonds with her students and watching them grow. Outside of teaching, she spends her time traveling to the beach, crafting, and being outside with her friends/family.

Mrs. Bright is a graduate of Longwood University, with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She grew up in Lynchburg and worked at Lynchburg City Schools for seven and a half years prior to transferring to Leesville Road. This will be her sixth year teaching 3rd Grade. She loves working with students to build a passion for learning through hands-on, engaging activities and enjoys forming new relationships with students and their families. Mrs. Bright enjoys spending time with her husband (Tom) and two children (Tommy and Rylan), being with her huge family, going to the beach, and kayaking. She also loves her Boston Terrier puppy, Bauer, and her Boston Beagle mix, Ziggy, very much.

Mr. Kramer is a graduate of Lynchburg College, with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Spanish. He grew up in Lynchburg and attended Heritage High School. He also taught at Heritage Elementary for 4 years before transferring to Campbell County Schools, where he has taught at Tomahawk and the Campbell Count Online Learning Academy. This is his 12th year of teaching, and his 8th year teaching 3rd grade. He is very passionate about helping students develop character and life skills as well as a strong academic foundation for the future. When not at school, Mr. Kramer enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and going on trips with his family. He has twins going into 3rd grade and a wife, Mrs. Kramer who is an AMAZING 1st grade teacher at LRES.

Mrs. Reynolds is a graduate of Liberty University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a Specialization in Childhood Education. She also received her Masters of Arts in Elementary Education from Liberty University in 2013. Previously, she has taught at Concord Elementary School for five years, as both a Kindergarten and Fourth Grade teacher. Teaching children is both a passion and love for her. Mrs. Reynolds grew up in Roanoke, Virginia, and enjoys the beautiful scenery along the Blue Ridge Mountains. She and her husband, Erick, moved to Lynchburg in 2006 to further pursue her education. They have three children, Kaitlyn, Abigail, and Benjamin. In her spare time, Mrs. Reynolds likes to spend time with family and friends, as well as gardening and other outdoor activities.


Mrs. Williams has taught 3rd grade and 5th grade. This will be her fourth year teaching. Mrs. Williams was born and raised in Florida and went to college at Liberty University where she received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. She met her husband of 12 years in Lynchburg and together have 6 year old twin girls, and a 10 year old daughter. Her stepson is in 11th grade and her stepdaughter is in 12th grade at BHS. Mrs. Williams enjoys watching her kids play their sports, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, Joe Beans coffee, sitting by the fire pit, and spending time with family.
