The Campbell County Public School Nutrition Program is pleased to offer a new option for accepting prepayments for school meals. is an online payment system that will allow you to make prepayments into your student’s school meal accounts, view account balances, and review purchase history, all in one secure  online location.

To Register Online:     

Visit the district website at and click on the link to  Follow the instructions on the screen and provide the required information in order to register. You can register each child using their date of birth and/or student ID number.  Be sure to enter your child’s name exactly as you did when you registered them at school. You will receive notification by email of successful registration, for this reason, a valid email address is required when you sign up for the service.  You may also register by going directly to

There is no fee to set up your family’s account, monitor balances or review purchase history.  However, when depositing funds into student accounts there is a processing fee of $2.50 per transaction for each student’s account involved.  If you want to add funds to the accounts of two children, the fee will total $5. If using the service to pay for meals myschoolbucks automatically deposits money into the student’s meal account at school.  

The transaction fees cover the myschoolbucks vendor costs to operate the online service, it does not profit the school division.       

Participation in this service is voluntary and you may enroll at any time.  Please keep in mind that the school cafeteria will continue to accept checks and cash for deposits.  As always, parents can call the school cafeteria directly to receive balance information.  If you have any questions you can email
